From tomorrow i.e. 12th of December 2011 to 15th December, 2011 there is going to be a grand 4 day program, of Shree Kiraatrudra and Shree Shivagangagauri Sthapana Sohala (foundation ceremony), at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram. The program is named as LAKSHABILVARCHAN YUKTA MAHARUDRA.

The program shall start at around 7:30 am every morning and culminate at around 8:00 pm every evening. On the first 3 days, there will be Archan and Abhishek (consecration) on the RUDRA LINGA. On the 4th day, there will be LAKSHABILVARCHAN ie. 100,000 Bilvapatra (leaves of Wood Apple Tree) archan on the RUDRA LINGA. 

On the first 2 days there will be sthapana (foundation) of the Shree Kiraatrudra and Shree Shivagangagauri at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram.

As explained at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram Shree Kiraatrudra represents the Ashubhanashini work (destroyer of evil) while Shree Parmatma represents the Shubhankara work (propagator of constructive and auspicious work) of Shree Adimata Chandik and Lord Dattatrey the holy connection between these two.

As explained by Sadguru Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu during His discourse on the holy day of Shree Datta Jayanti at Shree Harigurugram, during this foundation ceremony Bapu would also be establishing the Narmadeshwar Linga (Linga of Lord Shiv) which has been automatically created in the riverbed of Narmada. Revealing more about this Bapu said, that this is the one and only form of Linga in the all the Universes. It is so powerful that no one can or should touch it. It is not possible to bear the power of this Linga even if all the humans, devgans, yakhas, apsaras, etc from all the Universes come together. To ensure that the Shraddhavans who would take darshan of this L:inga at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram get the energy which can be bearable to them, the Linga would be surronded with 3 1/2 kg of mercury as mercury which is always the basic chemical in preparation of any medicine in Ayurveda.
(# Note: Shraddhavans should avoid photographing this Linga).
Shraddhavans would also get fantastic and unique opportunity of collecting Rudraganga Udi (which is the sacred ash from the pyre of Goddess Renuka) and Rudragauri Haridra (this is the turmeric powder which Goddess Renuka had applied on Her forehead popularly called as malwat).  Both these holy things were given by Lord Dattatrey to Shree Kiraatrudra and then by Shree Kiraatrudra to Lord Parshuram.

Annual Special Issue of Pratyaksha

A Rare Concessional Opportunity Extended to All Shraddhavans


Param Poojya Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu had last year made submission of 36 hanks prepared on spinning wheel (charkha) compulsory for all the volunteers mandatory in one accounting year of the Charkha Yojan of Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation. This was done to inculcate sense of selfless service and discipline amongst the volunteers which would also help the needy for meeting their clothing needs. But as volunteers were facing some practical issues in meeting this target Sadguru Bapu with His endless love has given a new concessional opportunity to all the volunteers. Poojan to be Performed on the Days of Diwali

Yesterday Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation celebrated the festival of Dhanlaxmi Poojan in a pompous way to mark to beginning of the festival or light, happiness, devotion and fervour for all Shraddhavans. The celebrations were graced by divine presence of Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu,. Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada.


During the Utsav Sadguru Bapu Himself touched all the Padukas with His feet and blessed them so that the can be handed over to all the Upasana Centres affiliated to Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation.

Further as like every year kindly find the details of poojan to be performed on the days of Padwa and Laxmi Poojan.
1) Poojan to be Performed on the Day of Padwa

Shraddhavans should get up early in the morning and in the wee hours should perform the below described ritual.

* We should clean our house with broom and collect the waste on a cardboard.

* After this we should enlighten a light made from dough in which we should use ghee as fuel.

*We should then place a sweet (foodstuff) on the cardboard.

* We should then take this cardboard (with all the stuffs on it) around our entire house.

* One person should follow this person who is carrying cardboard with a plate which should be beaten to produce sound.

* We should place our old broom outside our house in a corner.

* We should then place this cardboard besides this broom and carry both of these things to be throw in the garbage bin near our house.

* We should then join our hands and pray saying the following words "ईडा, पीडा टलो, बळीचे राज्ययेवो" ("Let all the unholy come to end and let there be rule of King Bali").

2) Poojan to be Performed on the Day of Laxmi Poojan

* We should keep 5 fruits & a mixture of coriander seeds and jaggery as holy offering (Prasad).

* We should keep a new broom on the starting line of our house (उंबरठा) and offer kumkum and turmeric powder (haldi) to it  and offer the following prayer " हे लक्ष्मीमाते - नंदामाते, तू नेहमी माझ्या चुका दाखव. आईच्या मायेने माझ्या अंगावरून हात फिरव. बहिणीसारखे वाटेतील काटे काढ, पापणिच्या केसासारखा माझ्या मनातील व घरातील कचरा काढ आणि माझ्या घरात नंदामाते मते तू सतत वावरत रहा ही तुझ्या चरणी प्रार्थना." ("Oh Goddess Lakshmi i.e. my P. P. Nandai, You always bring my mistakes to my notice. Shower love on me like my mother. Be my sister and remove obstacles in my way. Remove dirt from my house and mind like an eyelid. And finally I pray and urge You to stay in my house for ever").

Issue of New Shree Yantras for Shraddhavans on this Dhanlaxmi Utsav



This is to inform all the bhaktas that the celebrations for Shree Dhanalaxmi Utsav - Shree Yantra Pujan 2011, will be celebrated on this Monday by Sadguru Aniruddha Upasana Foundation.

The good news this time for all the Shraddhavans is that their existing Shree Yantras would be replaced by the new ones for free. The new Shree Yantras have been  blessed and empowered by grace of Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu.

Background of Shree Yantra
:



The first Shree Yantra was commissioned at Shree Kshetra Gurukul (Juinagar). The image of Shree Yantra has been placed for the benefit and darshan of the devotees over there. This Yantra was initially worshipped for 33 days at Shree Kshetra Gurukul (Juinagar).

Shree Yantra signifies the primeval energy of this universe, the Shri Shakti. The next five generations of the person taking this Shree Yantra home will receive blessings and fruits of this action. We must recognize the importance and presence of this Shree Yantra and this has been gifted to all the bhaktas and will help them right till the end of life. Every year on the day of Dhanteras (Dhanalaxmi Pujan) it is worshipped and prayed. The presence of Shri Mahalaxmi Mata (Chida-Nanda) in each devotees' house is in certainty with the installation this Shri Yantra.

Donation of Diwali Pharal:
Further, devotees can donate Diwali Pharal (snacks prepared for Diwali viz., chivada, chakli, sev, kadboli, ladoo, karanji, kanola, shankarpali, anarsa, etc) at the special counter set up by Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation at Shree Hari Guru Gram during the celebrations of this festival. This collected Pharal is then distributed for free to all needy and poor fellow citizens. Bhaktas should note that the Pharal will accepted only on Dhanlaxmi Poojan day.

The celebrations culminate with a grand ceremony of Maha-Aarti which is worth attending.

Jalgaon Really Gearing up for P.P. Bapu's Visit

Param Poojya Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu is visiting Jalgaon on 16th October 2011. He would conduct His Discourse (Pravachan), followed by Satsang and Darshan. Parampujya Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu will start from MUMBAI for JALGAON on 15th night and will reach JALGAON on 16th morning. Parampujya Bapu will be traveling by TRAIN.

Film on Sai Niwas (Cradle of Shree Sai Charitra)



Sai Niwas
, the place wherein the Shree Sai Charita was composed by Hemadpant by Grace of Sai Baba, is a place of real serenity and inspiration for one and all. The Sadguru Bhakti which was initiated by Hemadpant was further nurtured by Meena Vahini, his grand-daughter- in- law by her Devotion towards P.P. Bapu.

Meena Vahini and Sadya Pipa Govindsinh Dabholkar had borne witness to the revelation of Bapu at Sai Niwas [Pragatikaran] and this incident has been stated in the Aniruddha Chalisa as  
Sai Niwas mein pargat gwala......”

Bapu has always shared a very special Connection with Sai Niwas and this has been experienced first hand by the Dabholkar family and a few of the Shraddhavans.

Meena Vahini, through her unwavering faith and Bhakti on her Sadguru P.P Bapu, had covered quite a remarkable distance on the path of Righteousness. Also She was the living example of the fact that every person can travel on the path of Righteousness without shirking away from any of the Responsibilities of Family and Household. She states very clearly in her own abhanga

“ Bapu Aala ani Jahle Nishchint.
Sakal Vyavastha Tuchi Davili”

She also states in another abhanga that
“Sai ase Majhi Aai,
Baap Majha Aniruddha”

Such a wealth of Love, affection and Bhakti is stored in Sai Niwas. Many of us have never been able to know in details about Sai Niwas, Meena vahini and the Bond that Bapu shares with Sai Niwas.

Thus a film compiling the experiences of a select few persons who had the good fortune to experience all these above mentioned things first hand has been created and the first few segments of this film shall be played at Shree Harigurugram tomorrow.

DVD of the this compilation was shown at Shree Harigurugram on 29th September 2011. These DVDs have been opened for sales for devotees to avail its benefit. Don't forget to watch this ultimate film and share your experience about it.

Bapu Now Allows Sah Upasana Everywhere


As many of Shraddhavans have been asking P. Samirdada for information regarding various aspects of the Sah-Upasana, today Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu has allowed us permission to from our own groups and do the Sah-Upasana ourselves too. We are free to make groups within our centres or combine people from 2 or more centres meet at a specific place and do the Sah Upasana.
The rules and mantras for the Sah-upasana are as follow:

Shraddhavans may select any one of the following Upasanas to be done as Sah-Upasana.
  1. Shree Dattamangalachandika Stotra                                       108 times
  2. Shree Aadimata Shubhankara Stavanam                                108 times
  3. Shree Aadimata Ashubhanashini Stavanam                            108 times
  4. Shree Sanatan Devi Sukta                                                       54  times
  5. Shree Dattabavani                                                                   52  times
  6. Aarti of Aai Mahishasurmardini [as a jap]                                54  times
  7. Aarti of Anasuya mata [as a jap]                                            108 times
The Sah-Upasana shall commence at 8:00 am everyday and should be completed Latest by 8:00 pm. In case someone finishes the required number of chanting of any mantra earlier that 8:00 pm he should continue to do the same chanting till 8:00 pm without counting after the required minimum number of chants are done.

This opportunity given to us by P.P. Bapu shall help us in contributing to cause of Vishwakalyaan.

Sah-Upasana with Sadguru Bapu During His GHOR TAPASHCHARYA



From today i.e. the first day of The Ashubhanashini Navratra P.P. Bapu has commenced his GHOR TAPASHCHARYA and shall end it on Ram Navmi ie. the 9th day of the Shubhankara Navratra 2012.

During this period Bapu has presented us with a Heavenly opportunity to do Sah-Upasana and Shree Matruivatsalyavindanam Pathan alongside Bapu HIMSELF in Gurukshetram and make our contribution to the cause of VISHWAKALYAN [Wellness of the World].

The Sah-Upasana shall be done in Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram.

Shraddhavans may select any one of the following Upasanas to be done as Sah-Upasana.

The Sah-Upasana shall commence at 8:00 am everyday at Shree Gurukshetram. All those taking part must ensure that they complete the same Latest by 8:00 pm.

The timings for the Shree Matruvatsalya Vindanam Pathan shall be from 10:00 pm every night till 6:00 am the following morning.

Those Shraddhavans who intend to partake this Heavenely opportunity must enlist their names either at Shree Harigurugram on Thursdays or at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram on all days except Thursday evening. There are a fixed number of slots for the Sah-upasana and the Matruvatsalyavindanam Pathan hence the Shraddhavans intending to enlist must do so ASAP.

Every Shraddhavan enlisting, shall be given a slip of paper mentioning the date. This slip must be produced by him when he arrives for the Upasana/ Pathan.

All Shraddhavans enlisting for the Sah-Upasana must ensure that they are present in Shree Gurukshetram By 8:00 am Sharp. All those enlisting for the Shree MatruvatsalyaVindanam Pathan must reach Shree Gurukshetram by 9:30 pm sharp.

Seva of AADM and Acknowledged by Media and Others

 

This year on the day of Anant Chaturdashi (Immersion Day of Ganpati Idols) was an acid test of security agencies in the wake of intelligence inputs and alerts from central security and intelligence agencies. Taking no chances the state home department had deployed almost 2 lakhs forces to man and patrol the crowd of more than 50 lakhs people that congregate at various immersion spots across the city in the evening. 

To assist the already strained government forces Aniruddha's Academy of Disaster Management had deputed its strong, dedicated and well-trained force of about 4500 DMV’s (Disaster Management Volunteers). Moreover a well co-ordinated and seamlessly connected nerve centre in form of Control Cell was established at Head Office of AADM to co-ordinate and manage this entire activity. There were almost 20 DMV’s who were at this AADM Control Cell who were coordinating with various Location Coordinators at 58 Spots in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and few more areas in the rest of Maharashtra. It was truly a professionally managed and extremely well co-ordinated Control Cell.

Shree Aniruddha Chalisa Pathaan on October 2, 2011


By now we are all aware of the Tapashcharya that our Beloved Param Poojya Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu is going to do for the benefit of each and every Shraddhavan. I am sure the main question that arose in every Shraddhavans mind that night was what should we do in this perioid?  How can we contribute to my Bapu's efforts?

Bapu has already clarified as to what Upasanas needs to be done by all of us. But our loving Param Poojya Suchitdada and Poojya Samirdada added to our opportunities to improve. P. Samirdada announced that we shall have the 108 times pathaan {Chanting} of the Aniruddha Chalisa on Sunday, 2nd October 2011 at Shree Harigurugram from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm.

All are welcome to participate in the same. Those Shraddhavans wishing to do the pathaan (recitation) throughout the day i.e. 108 times are needed to submit their names in advance. All Shraddhavans attending the pathaan shall have an opportunity to offer Bel (leaves of Wood Apple tree) and Tulsi (leaves of holy basil) leaves on the Padchinha of our dearest P.P. Bapu, P.P. Nandai and P.P. Suchitdada.

These names shall be collected by a team formed  by Samirdada from Tuesday 13th September 2011 onwards. The names of these team members shall be declared by Samirdada on Tuesday itself.

The volunteers whose names have been collected for the pathaan shall be divided in 2 batches of 108 each. Each batch shall do the pathan for 1 hour after which they shall be relieved by the other batch.

Severe Penance to be Observed by Sadguru Bapu


In yesterday’s discourse, Param Poojya Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu clarified the following points:
  1. Generally, most of the Shraddhavans are not performing their upasanas in right earnest and hence, they fail to achieve the desired results of Gurukshetram Mantra. The basic reason is Shraddhavans, inspite of their best efforts, are unable to avoid  wrong doings, be they in deed (kaayik), speech (waachik), or thought (maanasik).

  2. Hence, for the benefit and general well being of all His friends (Shraddhavans), Param Poojya Bapu will be performing severe penance (Ghor Tapascharya). The Tapasacharya will be of his Mata Chandika and will assume the following three forms:
    1. Upasana of Mata Chandika in the form of Brahmatripurasundari.
    2. Upasana of Bala Atibala Vidya and
    3. Savitri Upasana in line with Savitri Upanishada.
The Tapascharya will conclude with the establishment of  Sarvaanga Brahmastra and Sarvaanga Karunashraya at Shree Gurukshetram.
  1. The duration of the Tapascharya will be from Ashwin Shuddha Pratipada i.e. 1st day of Navaratri (28th September 2011), (Ashubhanashini Navaratra), to Ramnavmi i.e. 9th day of Chaitra Navaratra (Shubhankara Navaratra) (1st April 2012), i.e. The Tapasacharya will continue 24x7 hours.

  2. During this period, Param Poojya Bapu may or may not come to Shree Harigurugraam on Thursdays. Even if he comes on Thursdays, he may or may not deliver the discourse.

  3. Param Poojya Bapu has specifically clarified that though he may or may not attend Thursdays at Shree Harigurugraam, he would be there in Gurukshetram atleast once in every day. He has said that He will also attend the functions like Shree Dhanalaxmi Shreeyantra Poojan, Aniruddha Pournima and the Adhiveshan thereafter, Atmabal Mahotsav etc. He will also be going on the tour of Jalgaon as also for His annual visit to Gangapur.

  4. During this period, the activities at Shree Harigurugraam will continue and there will be some other specific programs with the purpose of helping all the shraddhavans to become fearless and confident.

  5. Once the Tapascharya gets over, the normal proceedings at Shree Harigurugraam will resume as per P.P. Bapu’s instructions.

  6. During this period, Bapu expects from each Shraddhavan the following things:
    1. To chant Hanuman Chalisa at least once a day for the prosperity and general well being of the world. After chanting of Hanuman Chalisa every bhakta should say that this is an offering for the general well being of the world.
    2. Refrain from blaming oneself for one’s shortcomings or wrong doings, and continue with his Bhakti and Upasana with utmost zeal and sincerity.

  7. Further as per the directions of P.P. Suchitdada, a program of chanting of Aniruddha Chalisa 108 times minimum has been fixed on Sunday, 2nd October 2011, i.e. during Navaratra at Shree Harigurugraam. The timings will be from 09:30 AM to 08:30 PM. Each and every Shraddhavan can participate in this chanting of Shree Aniruddha Challisa. Poojya Samirdada has arranged to keep Padachinha of P.P. Bapu, P.P. Nandai, and P.P. Suchitadada for darshan and every Shraddhavan can offer Bel and Tulsi on the padachinhas.

    Indian Army's F-INSAS (Future Infantry Soldier as a System) Programme

    The 1.1 million-strong Indian Army is going hi-tech to turn its troops into fighting machines of the 21 century, complete with the latest multi-function weaponry and uniforms with sensors to monitor their health parameters.

    The plan is to modernize the armed forces in all dimensions. A project, code-named F-INSAS (Future Infantry Soldier as a System), has been taken up to train futuristic soldiers, equipped with latest weaponry, communication network and instant access to information on the battlefield.

    The next wars will be won by the side that is adept at high technology with all-weather fighting capability.

    With IT and electronic gadgets calling the shots in the armed forces worldwide, the Indian Army is gearing up to equip its soldiers with war-fighting capability and to prevent battle fatigue.

    As in civilian and other sectors, optimal use of ICT (information and communication technology) would be  done for which Indian tech firms are known worldwide. Indian Army will be investing substantially to make its operations -from war zones to civil lines - digital, with seamless connectivity for online access to information systems.

    Under the F-INSAS project, the troops will be put on a multi-mission mode to accomplish different tasks with speed, precision and lethality. In the first phase, to be completed by 2012, the infantry soldiers will be equipped with modular weapon systems that will have multi-functions.

    Thermal imagers, sensors and night vision equipment, currently deployed in weapon systems such as artillery and main battle tanks, will be customized to make them portable for carrying by the soldiers in the battle ground.

    Apart from imparting modern training and providing hi-tech gadgets, Indian Army is also working on a new attire that will enable the troops to carry the extra load and resist impact of chemical warfare. The new uniform will have vests with sensors to monitor their health parameters and provide quick medical relief.

    Independance Day Parade at Happy Home by DMVs of AADM



    As like every year this year also a grand parade was held at Happy Home on the occasion of Independence Day by Disaster Management Volunteers of Aniruddha's Academy of Disaster Management. The whole show was pompous with various events like parade, hoisting of Indian national flag. The salute of the parade was received was Respected Paurassinh. The parade was also attended by Param Poojya Nandai.

    Hanuman Chalisa Pathan at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram



    This posting is to update all the readers about the observance of Shree Hanuman Challisa Pathaan (Chanting) 108 times daily from Monday, 15th August 2011 to Sunday, 21st August 2011 at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram (Happy Home) Khar, Mumbai. The session starts at 8 : 00 am in the morning and culminates at 8 : 00 pm in the evening.

    P. P. Bapu in His one of the discourses in the last year in the month of April has mentioned Shree Hanuman Challisa as one of the essentials for days to come along with Shree Aniruddha Gayatri Mantra and Shree Ghanta Mantra. The event is in line with announcement of Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu made couple of years back that the pujan of all the Gods and Goddess at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram would be performed once a year.

    The same event had been held in previous years. At that time Param Poojya Bapu had asked everyone to visit and attend the chanting as many times as possible. Bapu says that reciting Shree Hanuman Challisa 108 times throughout one single day during this period provides us with the deterrance against the problems and difficulties that we throughout the coming year.

    As usual Devotees (Bhaktas) can offer a coconut (Narikelbali), which once offered the half portion of the fruit would to be given to the bhakta to be taken home as Prasadam (a part from sacred offerings to the Lord given to Bhaktas for consumption). The breaking of coconut symbolizes the killing of our vices (shadripus).

    As observed for last two years Param Poojya Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu, Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada, themselves attend the chanting sessions. 108 selected volunteers from Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation and its various allied bodies perform this chanting throughout the day.

    Bhaktas can also take the benefit of Udi (Sacred Ash), from the visit. Just to refresh memories of readers, Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram is considered as a pilgrim place which imparts benefit of visiting 108 other holy or pilgrim place. It is the holiest and the most sacred of the places’ in the universe.

    Ghorkashta Uddharna Stotra Chanting


    This post is to remind all the readers that as like every year, this year as well Sadguru Aniruddha Upasana Foundation has arranged Ghorkashtodharan Stotra chanting in the auspicious month of Shravan.

    The program would be carried in two sessions. In each session the Ghorkashtodharan Stotra would be chanted for 108 times. Following are the details for the program.

    24 Hours Continuous Recitation of Shree Sai Charitra

    'Akhand Parayan ' ( i.e. continuous recitation for 24 hrs) of ' Shree Sai Sat Charit ' at would be held at Shree Sai Niwas, Bandra with blessings of Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu's advice and blessings.


    This to bring to everyone's notice that this 'Parayan' that at Shree Sai Niwas where this recitation is taking place is where extremely holy granth (biography of Shree Sai Baba) Shree Sai Sat Charitra was written by Shri Hemadpant Dabholkar who was on of the very pious devotees of Sai Baba. Moreover this recitation is being offered in the holy month of 'Shravan'.

    Shree Ashwattha Maruti Poojan 2011



    This is to inform all the Shraddhavans that like every year this year as well the celebrations of Ashwattha Maruti Poojan would be carried on the 3 Saturdays i.e. 6th August 2011, 13th August 2011 and 20th August 2011 and 27th August 2011, of the holy month of Shravan at Shree Gurukul, Juinagar. During the celebrations recitation of Sai Charitra is offered by devotees continuously.

    Also to remind all the Shraddhavans that Ashwattha Maruti Poojan is one of the two festivals along with Shree Ram Navami celebration which Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation celebrated in its very first year since it started organizing and celebrating various devotional festivals.

    Shree Gurukul Juinagar is believed to be the one of the shaktipeeths established by Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu. Everything at this place is important and sacred. There is a two-storey building here and a Hanumant Rock (Hanumantachi Shila), as also Dhanalaxmi and Shree Yantra. The ground floor hosts a very beautiful and attractive temple of three Goddesses namely Shree Mahakali, Shree Mahalaxmi and Shree Mahasaraswati and also Shree Mangesh and Shree Shantadurga. These five deities represent Panch-Purushartha. A Dharma-Chakra too has been installed for the destruction of global evil in the backyard of the temple. Here in front of this Dharma-Chakra one offer incense sticks. Water from 30 holy rivers of India has been placed here. On the second floor of the building is Vishvalochanchakraraj, which is a very superior Chakra. Bapu has Himself designed the Chakra. The Aadya-Pipa Samadhi Sthanam also stands right in the middle on the ground floor which can be worshiped by devotees by offering attar (scented perfume).

    Shree Krishna Shastri Ayurved Prashala (Ayurved Research & Development Centre) and Bharatiya Prachyavidya Sanshodhan Kendra (Indian Martial Art Institute) are established on the first floor of this building. The building also boasts a Library, which has thousands of books on various Indian subjects. The books are in 5 languages Marathi, Hindi, English, Gujarati and Sanskrit. The library has books on subject ranging from Philosophy, Ayurved, Astronomy to Modern Science. A visit to this place is pilgrimage for the disciples who want to lighten their burden of fate, to ward off all evil influences and to get joy and happiness through its sharp and beneficent vibrations.

    Shree Rann-Chandika Prapatti

    As today is the day from which we would be starting the  'ShreeRannchandika Prapatti' the following blog post is just to refresh the memories of the readers about the same.


    'Shree Rannchandika Prapatti'. Although  fully spiritual in itself, this will make of every man and every woman, a  valiant soldier, a valiant human being and also make him valiant spiritually.

    The women would be observing ‘Shreemangalchandika Prapatti’ and men would be observing ‘Shree Rannachandika Prapatti’.  The ‘Rann’ is the battlefield and both kinds of Prapattis make out of  men and women alike, successful and capable soldiers, soldiers at the  worldly level for one, soldiers at the spiritual level and there is this  third thing that will be known to us in due course.

    The word ‘Prapatti’ simply means ‘surrender that relieves of disaster or calamity'. There are five aspects to both the Prapattis, be it the Shreemanagalchandika Prapatti or the Shreerannachandika Prapatti.

    1) The first aspect is, Shri Adimata Chandika Mahishasurmardini.  She is the Mother of the Parmatma and therefore the Paramatma is  forever in a state of surrender unto Her and so it follows that we too  must be in surrender unto Her.

    2) The second aspect and principle is to harbour and also repeatedly express the unshakable belief, anchored firmly in the heart that Goddess Chandika  Herself and through Her dear Son (Parmatma), will definitely protect  me. Not only should we hold on to this belief but  also root it firmly in our  heart and express overtly that Goddess Chandika and Her Son, Trivikram  will protect us and take care of us. Holding this belief in our heart, we should express it out in as many words as possible.

    3) The third one is accepting the Son of the Chandika (Lord Parmatma) with love and faith and as our only refuge,  whom we call by different names Mahavishnu, Sai, Ram, Krishna or the  Paramshiva; willingly choosing to live in His refuge and shelter,  recalling Him in our minds with love, observing His instructions at all  times and at all costs and having unconditional, single lined (focussed) and whole-hearted  faith that He and He alone is my support, my one and only support in  life. This is one of the important aspects of the Prapatti.

    4) The fourth principle is praying that the Chandika hold us close in Her arms and hand over our charge to the Lord Parmatma. Praying to Her with love to say, ‘O Mother Chandika, hold me in Your arms, hold me close and hand me over to the Parmatma’.

    5) The fifth aspect is to offer  ourselves in loving surrender to the Mother Chandika so that we keep enhancing  and intensifying our Bhakti and so that with Her grace we attain  success and fulfillment both at the worldly and at the spiritual levels.  Living the sentiment expressed in the words ‘You and You alone are my  support, my one and only support’, ‘I offer myself in unconditional,  whole-hearted and singularly focused faith, I turn to you with love,  please accept me’. ‘Complete, total honesty’, is actually surrendering  unto Her.

    Following is the clarification to some of the doubts that have been raised by few fellow Shraddhavans:


    1)  This Shree Ranchandika Prapatti should be performed only by gents on  any one of the Mondays of the month of Shravan. (It is not compulsory to  perform the Prapatti on all Mondays of the month though it would be better to perform the Prapatti on all the Mondays as well. The Prapatti  must be compulsorily performed only once on all the Mondays).

    2) Shraddhavan dress code (white shirt / kurta/ sadra, white lungi and uparna) is compulsory while performing Shree Ranchandika Prapatti.

    3) It would be fine to burn incense (Dhoopshikha) while performing Shree Ranchandika Prapatti.

    4) Shraddhavans may or may not use mat (seat cloth) while performing Shree Ranchandika Prapatti when they sit on floor.

    5)  The Prasad (holy offering) of Curd-sugar and bananas can be also be  kept in front of the photoframe from the very start of Prapatti.

    6) For performing Prapatti photo of Trivikram of any size will suffice the purpose.

    7) It is not necessary to wash/ shampoo our hair during the bath that has to be taken before performing Prapatti.

    8)  Shraddhavans of one single family can do the Prapatti by using a single  photoframe of Shree Trivikram available at their homes. But they should  not be sitting together but rather should sit separated from each other  keeping some distance between them. The Prasad that everyone offers has  to be separate.

    9) If any Shraddhavan is unable to sit on the  floor to perform Prapatti because of physical problems or ailments then he should  feel free to sit on table / chair or any other arrangement.

    10) For the Prapatti, Shree  Adimata Chandika Mahishasurmardini’s photoframe can also be kept  alongside photoframe of Shree Trivikram.

    11) Incase the  photoframe of Trivikram which is being used for performing Prapatti is  large in size then a smaller photoframe may also be used for bearing on our head.

    12) After the Prapatti is done it would be fine for the Shraddhavans to perform Aarti of Shree Mahishsurmardini.

    Celebrations for Param Poojya Nandai's Birthday


    It feels great to convey to all the readers that tomorrow is a huge occasion for all the Shraddhavans the day when we would be celebrating the 50th birthday of our beloved Param Poojya Nandai. It would be the day of Divyanchi Amavasya (New Moon Day of Lanterns)

    It was observed that many Shraddhavans had inquired about the best and the holiest way in which Nandai's birthday could be celebrated by all. Accordingly during yesterday's discourse at Shri Harigurugram Param Poojya Bapu described the way in which we can celebrated Nandai's birthday.

    Details of the Celebrations: 
    1) At the start we should lite a Deep (lamp) in our houses after 10 pm at night. 

    2) The lighting of this special lamp would guarantee the entry and stay of Nandai in our homes.

    3) Then looking at its flame we should call out "AAI "{3 times } and then say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY AAI

    4) There after we should keep the flame of the Deep burning without putting it out ourselves which we generally do before going to bed with the other holy deeps that we lite. 

    5) We can also do some decoration around the frame or idol of Nandai, in front of which we would have enlighted the deep. 

    Many of the Shraddhavans have planned to donate hanks for clothing of poor children  in the Charkha Project of Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation and also have decided to contribute towards its Annapoorna Mahaprasadam Project which feeds the hungry, poor and needy as a gift to Her. So let us all celebrate our Mother's birthday in the best possible way.

    Guru Poornima Utsav 2011



    Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation would be organizing Guru Poornima Utsav (festival) on Saturday, 16th July 2010 at Shree Harigurugram, Bandra (East), Mumbai.

    Timing of Utsav:

    Morning 09:00 am till Night 09:00 pm

    Over the years devotees have had divine experience of availing darshan of Parmatma Trayi i.e. Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu, Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada.

    Outline of Utsav:
    >>> Aukshan would be performed (welcome in traditional Indian way) by devotees when Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu, Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada would arrive in the morning.

    >>> Sadguru Bapu would arrive on stage for offering darshan after which Shree Aniruddha Challisa would be chanted.

    >>> After recitation of Shree Aniruddha Challisa is over the Shree Sairam Jap would be played after which visiting devotees can offer pradakshina (rotations) carrying Ishtikas (holy bricks) on their head.

    >>> Sadguru Bapu would bless potful of Udi (sacred ash) with His Hastasparsha (Hand touch). This Udi then would be made available to all the visiting devotees.

    >>> Recitation of Shree Aniruddha Challisa and Sadguru Bapu performing Udi Hastasparsha would be repeated hourly throughout the day.

    >>> Certain volunteers would offer Basil leaves to idol of Lord Dattatrey and for the whole day recitation of hymn 'ॐ द्रां दत्तात्रेयाय नमः' would be performed continuously.

    >>> After this, the devotees' darshan line would start, wherein they can avail darshan of Param Poojya Bapu.

    >>> For the entire day devotees can offer Udd in Shree Aniruddha Agnihotra.

    >>> At the very end of the Utsav, Maha-aarti of Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu, Param Poojya Nandai and Param Poojya Suchitdada would be performed.

    There are few changes that have been made in the celebrations of Gurupoornima  this year which are summarized as under.

    1) This year the festival of Guru Poornima will be celebrated on 16th July 2011 which is a day later than the actual day on which Guru Poornima falls. This is done so that all the devotees can attend the festival as Saturday is generally a holiday or half day for many offices, establishments, schools, colleges, etc.

    2) The day shall begin with the Poojan of the padukas of Shree Narsimha Saraswati done by Param Poojya Sadguru Bapu, Param Poojya Nandaai and Param Poojya Suchitdada Themselves. The water used in this consecration (abhishek) shall be given to all Shraddhavans as Teertha (holy water).

    3) This year too we shall be having the pradakshina, albeit with some changes. The jap (Sairam, Jai Jai Sairam) remains the same but the Stambh (pillar) around which the pradakshina will be different. This year there will be a triangular pillar. On the 3 facets of this pillar shall have pictures of Bapu, Nandaai and Suchitdada with their hands raised upwards towards the sky. Atop this Pillar shall be a Lotus flower within which shall be kept the Padukas of Bapu's Shree Narsimha Saraswati. Beside these Padukas shall be kept the 2 Avadhoot Kumbhas. The Poorva Avdhoot Kumbha and the Apoorva Avdhoota Kumbha.

    4) All Shradddhavans will be getting the unique opportunity of performing the Poojan of the Shree Trivikram. at the venue of celebrations. Till now Shraddhavans were able to perform the consecration (abhishek) on the Trivikram present only at the Shree Gurukshetram. The Trivikram is the manifest form of the Sadguru Tatva (Principle), i.e. every persons Sadguru resides within the Trivikram.

    5) This year onwards we shall be having 3 Palkhis (Palanquins) in the Dindis. These Palkhis will have the Charan Mudra of our beloved Bapu. These palkhis shall be circulating within the Bhakti Ganga (Queue of Shraddhavans) amongst great celebration. Every Shraddhavan shall be able to bow down to these Charan Mudra.

    Gurucharan Mas and Recitation of Shree Hanuman Challisa

    As like every year we are celebrating the period between Vat Poornima and Guru Poornima  as the chanting period of Shree Hanuman Challisa which happens to be the favourite hymn of Param Poojya Sadguru Bapu. This year this particular period has been named by no other than Param Poojya Sadguru Bapu Himself as 'Gurucharan Mas' (during His 16th June 2011 discourse at Shree Harigurugram). This period will be henceforth called by this name.

    During this period Bapu has asked all the Shraddhavans to recite Hanuman Challisa as much as possible throughout the day. Bapu has also asked us to observe one day during this month on which we recite Shree Hanuman Challisa 108 times during the entire day (the chanting count of 108 can be broken up various sub-sittings for convenience of devotees). 

    The document attached above clearly states the extreme importance of chanting Shree Hanuman Challisa. The exact text of Shree Hanuman Challisa has been mentioned here at the bottom of the post.

    Mahishasurmardini Stotram (महिषासुरमर्दिनिस्तोत्रम् )


    Continuing the updates from the wonderful and unforgettable Shree Varada Chandika Prasannotsav, Below mentioned is the beautiful hymn of Goddess Mahishasumardini which was regularly chanted daily during the Aarti of Mahapoojan in Param Poojya Suchitdada's voice.

    अयि गिरिनंदिनि नंदितमेदिनि विश्वविनोदिनि नंदनुते
    गिरिवर विंध्य शिरोधिनिवासिनि विष्णुविलासिनि जिष्णुनुते ।
    भगवति हे शितिकण्ठकुटुंबिनि भूरि कुटुंबिनि भूरि कृते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१॥

    O Daughter of the Mountain, who delight the earth, who make the whole universe enjoy, who are praised by Nandikeshvar, who dwell on the summit of the king of mountains, the Vindhyas, who took the form of the consort of Vishnu (as Goddess Lakshmi), who are praised by Lord Indra, O consort of Lord Shiv (the blue-necked), who have innumerable families, who are the Creatrix of the whole universe, who slew the demon Mahishasur, who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You.     सुरवरवर्षिणि दुर्धरधर्षिणि दुर्मुखमर्षिणि हर्षरते
    त्रिभुवनपोषिणि शंकरतोषिणि किल्बिषमोषिणि घोषरते ।
    दनुज निरोषिणि दितिसुत रोषिणि दुर्मद शोषिणि सिन्धुसुते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥२॥

    O Daughter of the Mountain, who delight Lord Indra, who crushed the demon Durdhara, who subdued Durmukha, who are immersed in bliss, who nourish all the three worlds, who make Lord Shankar happy, who remove all sins, who delight in celebration, who are angry with Asuras, who destroy evil pride, who destroyed the demon Durdama, who was born as the daughter of the ocean (as GoddessLakshmi), who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You.[2]

    अयि जगदंब मदंब कदंब वनप्रिय वासिनि हासरते
    शिखरि शिरोमणि तुङ्ग हिमालय शृंग निजालय मध्यगते ।
    मधु मधुरे मधु कैटभ गंजिनि कैटभ भंजिनि रासरते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥३॥

    O Mother of the universe, who enjoy dwelling in Kadambavan, who is anointed with perfume, who sport a gentle smile, who dwell in Your abode on the peak of the lofty Himalaya mountain, the crest-jewel among mountains, who enjoy the sweetness of honey, who slew Madhu and Kaitabha, who destroy all sins, who delight in the Raasa dance, who crushed Mahishasura, who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You.     अयि शतखण्ड विखण्डित रुण्ड वितुण्डित शुण्ड गजाधिपते
    रिपु गज गण्ड विदारण चण्ड पराक्रम शुण्ड मृगाधिपते ।
    निज भुज दण्ड निपातित खण्ड विपातित मुण्ड भटाधिपते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥४॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess who breaks the heads of ogres, In to hundreds of pieces, Who cuts the trunks of elephants in battle, Who rides on the valorous lion, Which tears the heads of elephants to pieces, Who severs the heads of the generals of the enemy, With her own arms, Who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasura. [4]

    अयि रण दुर्मद शत्रु वधोदित दुर्धर निर्जर शक्तिभृते
    चतुर विचार धुरीण महाशिव दूतकृत प्रमथाधिपते ।
    दुरित दुरीह दुराशय दुर्मति दानवदूत कृतांतमते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥५॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess who has the strength which never diminishes, To gain victory over enemies in the battle field, Who made Pramatha, the attendant of Lord Shiv, Known for his tricky strategy, as her assistant, Who took the decision to destroy the asuras, Who are bad people, with evil thoughts and mind, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasur. [5]

    अयि शरणागत वैरि वधूवर वीर वराभय दायकरे
    त्रिभुवन मस्तक शूल विरोधि शिरोधि कृतामल शूलकरे ।
    दुमिदुमि तामर दुंदुभिनाद महो मुखरीकृत तिग्मकरे
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥६॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess who forgives and gives refuge, To the heroic soldiers of the enemy rank, Whose wives come seeking refuge for them, Oh Goddess who is armed with trident, ready to throw on the heads of those, Who cause great pain to the three worlds, Oh Goddess who shines likes the hot sun, And who is aroused by sound of Dhumi, Dhumi, Produced by the beating of drums by the devas, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasur. [6]

    अयि निज हुँकृति मात्र निराकृत धूम्र विलोचन धूम्र शते
    समर विशोषित शोणित बीज समुद्भव शोणित बीज लते ।
    शिव शिव शुंभ निशुंभ महाहव तर्पित भूत पिशाचरते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥७॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh, Goddess who blew away hundreds of ogres, Who had smoking eyes, With her mere sound of Hum Oh Goddess who is the blood red creeper, Emanating from the seeds of blood, Which fell in the battle field, Oh Goddess who delights in the company of Lord Shiva, And the ogres Shumbha and Nishumbha, Who were sacrificed in the battle field, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasur. [7]

    धनुरनु संग रणक्षणसंग परिस्फुर दंग नटत्कटके
    कनक पिशंग पृषत्क निषंग रसद्भट शृंग हतावटुके ।
    कृत चतुरङ्ग बलक्षिति रङ्ग घटद्बहुरङ्ग रटद्बटुके
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥८॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess who decks herself with ornaments, On her throbbing limbs in the field of battle, When she gets her bow ready to fight, Oh Goddess, who killed her enemies, In the field of battle with a shining sword, And the shaking of her golden brown spots, Oh Goddess, who made the battle ground of the four fold army, In to a stage of drama with screaming little soldiers, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasur. [8]

    जय जय जप्य जयेजय शब्द परस्तुति तत्पर विश्वनुते
    झण झण झिञ्जिमि झिंकृत नूपुर सिंजित मोहित भूतपते ।
    नटित नटार्ध नटीनट नायक नाटित नाट्य सुगानरते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥९॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess, whose victory is sung, By the whole universe, Which is interested in singing her victory, Oh Goddess who attracts the attention of Lord Shiva, By the twinkling sound made by her anklets, While she is engaged in dancing, Oh Goddess who gets delighted, By the dance and drama by versatile actors, Even while she is half of Lord Shiva’s body, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasura. [9]

    अयि सुमनः सुमनः सुमनः सुमनः सुमनोहर कांतियुते
    श्रित रजनी रजनी रजनी रजनी रजनीकर वक्त्रवृते ।
    सुनयन विभ्रमर भ्रमर भ्रमर भ्रमर भ्रमराधिपते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१०॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess of the people with good mind, Who is greatly gracious to such people, Oh Goddess who appears very pretty to the good minded, Oh Goddess with moon like face, Who is as cool as the moon, to those in the dark, Oh Goddess whose face shines in the moon light, Oh Goddess whose very pretty flower like eyes attracts the bees, Oh Goddess who attracts devotees, like a flower which attracts bees, Oh Goddess who attracts her lord like a bee, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasur. [10]

    सहित महाहव मल्लम तल्लिक मल्लित रल्लक मल्लरते
    विरचित वल्लिक पल्लिक मल्लिक झिल्लिक भिल्लिक वर्ग वृते ।
    सितकृत पुल्लिसमुल्ल सितारुण तल्लज पल्लव सल्ललिते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥११॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess who becomes happy, In the sport of battle, assisted by warriors, Oh Goddess who is surrounded by hunters, Whose hut is surrounded by creepers, And the tribes of Mallikas, Jillakas and Bhillakas, Oh Goddess who is as pretty as The famous fully opened flower, Oh Goddess, who is as pretty as the creeper, Full of red tender leaves, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain. And who is the slayer of Mahishasur [11]

    अविरल गण्ड गलन्मद मेदुर मत्त मतङ्गज राजपते
    त्रिभुवन भूषण भूत कलानिधि रूप पयोनिधि राजसुते ।
    अयि सुद तीजन लालसमानस मोहन मन्मथ राजसुते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१२॥

    Victory and victory to you, Oh darling daughter of the mountain, Oh Goddess, who walks like a royal elephant in rut, In Whose face there is a copious flow of ichors, Oh Goddess, who is the daughter of the ocean of milk, From where the pretty moon also took his birth, Oh Goddess who is the ornament of the three worlds, Oh Goddess who is worshiped by the God of love, Who fills the minds of pretty ladies with desire, Oh Goddess who has captivating braided hair, Who is the daughter of a mountain.And who is the slayer of Mahishasur. [12]

    कमल दलामल कोमल कांति कलाकलितामल भाललते
    सकल विलास कलानिलयक्रम केलि चलत्कल हंस कुले ।
    अलिकुल सङ्कुल कुवलय मण्डल मौलिमिलद्भकुलालि कुले
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१३॥

    O You whose forehead is incomparable and is lustrous like a tender beautiful lotus petal, who are the repository of all kinds of dances and are like the gently cooing swan, in whose hair there is an array of bees, whose hair is adorned with a garland of beautiful flowers, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You. [13]

    कर मुरली रव वीजित कूजित लज्जित कोकिल मञ्जुमते
    मिलित पुलिन्द मनोहर गुञ्जित रंजितशैल निकुञ्जगते ।
    निजगुण भूत महाशबरीगण सद्गुण संभृत केलितले
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१४॥

    You who put to shame even the koel with the sweet tunes spreading out from Your flute, who move about among the creepers in the Kailasa mountain, who enjoy the dances of Your divine damsels and various other sports, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You.[14]

    कटितट पीत दुकूल विचित्र मयूखतिरस्कृत चंद्र रुचे
    प्रणत सुरासुर मौलिमणिस्फुर दंशुल सन्नख चंद्र रुचे ।
    जित कनकाचल मौलिपदोर्जित निर्भर कुंजर कुंभकुचे
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१५॥

    You set at nought even the splendour of the moon with the charm of your reddish body, black locks of hair and the yellow robe worn around the waist, whose toe-nails shine with the resplendence of the gems in the crowns of the Gods and asuras who prostrate before You, whose high breasts quiver as if by the force of the torrents of water flowing down from the summits of the Meru mountain which was conquered by Lord Siva, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You. [15]

    विजित सहस्रकरैक सहस्रकरैक सहस्रकरैकनुते
    कृत सुरतारक सङ्गरतारक सङ्गरतारक सूनुसुते ।
    सुरथ समाधि समानसमाधि समाधिसमाधि सुजातरते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१६॥

    You who by Your splendour defeat even the sun with thousands of rays, You who are prostrated to by the sun God with his thousands of rays, You who were praised by the son of Tarakasura after that asura was killed by Your son Lord Subrahmanya in the battle between the Gods and Tarakasur when the gods were defeated, You who were pleased with the chanting of mantras by the royal sage Suratha and the Vaisya named Samadhi who was himself like samadhi and who prayed for nirvikalpa samadhi, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You. [16]

    पदकमलं करुणानिलये वरिवस्यति योऽनुदिनं स शिवे
    अयि कमले कमलानिलये कमलानिलयः स कथं न भवेत् ।
    तव पदमेव परंपदमित्यनुशीलयतो मम किं न शिवे
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१७॥

    Whoever constantly worships Your lotus feet, You who are the abode of compassion and who are auspiciousness itself, he will certainly be endowed with all prosperity. O Goddess Parvati, I who always meditate on Your lotus feet looking upon them as my ultimate refuge will certainly get it. O Goddess Lakshmi, who bestow everything on devotees, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You. [17]

    कनकलसत्कल सिन्धु जलैरनु सिञ्चिनुते गुण रङ्गभुवं
    भजति स किं न शचीकुच कुंभ तटी परिरंभ सुखानुभवम् ।
    तव चरणं शरणं करवाणि नतामरवाणि निवासि शिवं
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१८॥

    Whoever sprinkles the sacred precincts of Your abode with water from a golden pot will attain the position of Indra by Your grace. O consort of Lord Siva, I take refuge at Your holy feet. Deign to bless me with all prosperity, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You. [18]

    तव विमलेन्दुकुलं वदनेन्दुमलं सकलं ननु कूलयते
    किमु पुरुहूत पुरीन्दुमुखी सुमुखीभिरसौ विमुखीक्रियते ।
    मम तु मतं शिवनामधने भवती कृपया किमुत क्रियते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥१९॥

    Whoever repeatedly meditates on Your divine face adorned by the crescent moon, will he ever be rejected by beautiful women like those in Indra’s abode? O most valued treasure of Lord Shiv, why do You not fulfill my wishes, You who have charming locks of hair, O Daughter of the Mountain, hail unto You, hail unto You. [19]

    अयि मयि दीनदयालुतया कृपयैव त्वया भवितव्यमुमे
    अयि जगतो जननी कृपयासि यथासि तथाऽनुमितासिरते ।
    यदुचितमत्र भवत्युररि कुरुतादुरुतापमपाकुरुते
    जय जय हे महिषासुरमर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते ॥२०॥

    O Goddess Uma, deign to bestow on me also Your compassion, You who are always inclined to shower compassion on the weak, O Goddess Ramaa, may You be hailed as the Mother of the universe. You are my mother also. I too am Your son. You may reject my prayer if it is not proper. Deign to remove my sorrow. [20]
